Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return period starting from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may request a return within this period.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including lamps, lights, bulbs, and accessories).

The product and box must be in good resale condition.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our team. Refund processing time refers to our internal approval only; the actual time for the money to reflect depends on the payment method and the customer’s bank.
Refund methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: At the time of return pickup, our courier representative will provide the refund in cash to the customer.

Online card payments (debit/credit card): Once the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the same authorized bank/card used for the original purchase. After we process the refund, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends entirely on your bank’s policies and processing cycle. This may take up to 15 working days, depending on the bank.

Our refund processing is completed within 3 working days after inspection.

The crediting of funds to your bank account is managed by your bank and is outside our control.

Warranty Policy

Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may limit your ability to claim for transit-related damages.
