All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

Order Confirmation:
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, incorrect information, or payment concerns.

Payment Methods:
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank/card-based payments where available. For COD orders, payment must be made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and product stock.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers are advised to inspect their order at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform the courier immediately and contact us without delay.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty-related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging intact.

  • Refunds for COD orders are provided in cash by the courier at pickup.

  • Refunds for card payments are initiated to the same authorized bank/card used for the purchase. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the customer’s bank and may take up to 15 working days.

6. Warranty

Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that all personal and delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Products should be handled and installed with care. Damage occurring after delivery may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
