  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high-demand periods. If a delay is expected, we will notify you in advance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the box size, product weight, and delivery location.

  • Each item’s shipping cost is calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

  • During promotional periods, special campaigns, or selected offers, free shipping may be provided. In such cases, the shipping cost will be fully covered by Sunflower Shine Decor.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Upon delivery, customers are required to open the package immediately and verify that:

    • The product color and size match the order

    • There are no visible damages, defects, or missing items

  • A delivery confirmation or signature may be required upon receipt. Once the delivery is accepted and signed for, claims related to visible damage will not be accepted.
